Today, I’m coming at you with a throwback post of Lyla’s 1st birthday party theme! I never got a chance to share the details from that party, and I figured I’d share in case any of you have mermaid-loving girls. When I picked this theme for her first birthday, it was primarily because mermaids were insanely popular. The new “Little Mermaid” movie also came out, making finding decorations easy. I also think it’s a cute theme for little ones born in the warmer months because you can set up water activities to get the full mermaid experience!
